Reporting to the Resident Engineer, you will conduct daily inspections of all civil construction activities, materials, and components. Your keen eye for detail and expertise in industry certifications will be vital as you document non-conforming conditions and verify corrective actions, ensuring all work meets rigorous contract specifications for successful project delivery.
Construction Manager
As a Construction Manager at Zephyr Rail, you will be responsible for the execution of the full scope of construction management services in accordance with contract requirements. You will serve as Zephyr Rail’s representative on complex transit construction projects, providing oversight of all project staff, daily field and office activities, and all ancillary project functions. Project/Field Engineer
As a Project/Field Engineer, you will serve as the Client’s on-site representative for complex rail and transportation capital projects. In this role, you will provide field engineering, construction oversight, coordination, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements. You will collaborate closely with contractors, designers, public agencies, and stakeholders to proactively manage risks, resolve field issues, and maintain quality throughout the construction lifecycle.
